The primary responsibility of the PeopleSoft Application Analyst is to provide administrative and technical support for PeopleSoft and other assigned application(s), in support of business functions. This position assists with the analysis, recommendations for corrective actions, and resolution of problems within the software application. This position also contributes by providing support for normal software maintenance and updates. The essential functions of the PeopleSoft Application Analyst includes the following: 
  • Perform troubleshooting and support to the essential functions of PeopleSoft on-line applications.
  • Perform troubleshooting and logical diagramming of SQR, BI Publishing, and PeopleSoft query functions.
  • Perform primary and/or secondary administrative and technical support for PeopleSoft and other assigned applications.
  • Coordinate with 2nd level, IT-support teams and outside vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain support documentation, service desk routing, and knowledge base entries.
  • Create and maintain test scripts in support of new installations and/or system updates.
  • Assist with the administrative, technical, and customer-facing duties surrounding the successful implementation of system updates and changes.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts and technical support.
The ideal PeopleSoft Application Analyst candidate will have the ability to work well in team environments and be self-motivated to identify and resolve issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

- EDUCATION - Bachelors or Equivalent Exp

- EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 3 years experience required
