The People Experience Project Specialist drives to make a difference and is a key contributor to the People Experience team, helping the company reach its goals. This role manages smaller scoped projects or may assist with multiple phases of a larger projects. They are responsible for coordinating activities to ensure those project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The project specialist will bridge between management and other teams to ultimately finish projects and meet goals. This position will include multi-organizational tasks based upon business needs.

  • Implement approved actions and workarounds to mitigate project risk events to minimize the impact of the risks on the project and/or tasks
  • Apply product lifecycle consistency practices and improvements for curriculum related needs
  • Interact with other departments and organizations to ensure project/task successes
  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings related to curriculum projects, discussion points and action items
  • Provide project support for the implementation of new strategies
  • Complete catalog analysis tasks as questions from across the organization arise
  • Special projects, as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND
  • Two years of related experience OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to clear required background check

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections.
  • We anticipate the salary range to be $21.08 to $33.73 hourly. This is a contractor role, and you will be an employee of Randstad. Randstad considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
