We are presently seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Employ ADP WorkForce Now software to process payroll
• Guarantee the precise calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions.
• Sustain meticulous employee records, encompassing new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
• Remain updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations to ensure adherence.
• Foster collaboration with the HR and finance departments to ensure a seamless flow of information.
• Address employee inquiries pertaining to payroll promptly and professionally.
• Prepare payroll reports for management evaluation.
• Aid in year-end payroll activities, including the processing of W-2 forms.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; possession of relevant certification or education is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience as a Payroll Specialist with least 6 years of experience
• Sound comprehension of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and wage computations.
• Familiarity with dashboarding and payroll reporting
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in data entry and calculations.
• Effective communication skills for interactions with employees and fellow team members.
• Capacity to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly.
• Strong organizational aptitude and the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
