RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Payroll Manager in Ashburn, VA.Summary:

• Responsible for hiring and training associates
• Managing day-to-day performance to expectations
• Conducting counseling and discipline for poor job performance
• Reviewing job results and tracking KPIs
• Maintaining accurate payroll information by designing systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline is preferred
• 8-10 years of payroll experience with 3 years of supervisory experience
• Proven knowledge of multi-state payroll processes
• Experience in working with payroll systems; Vista HRMS preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, problem solving, and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and switch-up priorities frequently
