Medical Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator
Holy Cross Health has exciting Medical Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator positions available at various offices throughout Broward County. Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule/reschedule patient appointments as required.
- Obtain necessary HMO/PPO referral authorizations for referrals received from other physicians.
- Obtain authorization from insurance plan for referrals to Specialists, as directed by our Primary Care Physician.
- Answer phone calls in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Excellent computer skills including typing dictations, Powerpoint, Excel and Word
