Description:
Judge Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for an opening with one of our top client's in the Concord, CA area.
Position Details:
Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Concord, CA 94520
Type of Engagement: Contract
Rate: Competitive and Dependent on Experience
Specific Duties:
- Answer calls that come in through.
- Scheduling, canceling appointments, or confirming appointments.
- Complete patient registration, benefits and creating patient estimates to give the patient their possible financial responsibility.
- Collecting copays, deductibles, co-insurances from the created estimate.
- Taking messages if higher call volumes, as to decrease patients call wait times.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be Covid-19 Vaccinated
- 1 year of Customer Service preferred
- Computer and typing skills required.
Hours:
- 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
