Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Patient Access Representative III.

Position Type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 3+ Months
Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:00Am to 4:30Pm
Location: Worcester Queen Street, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Act a liaison between client and customer base and patients. Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls.
  • Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures. Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution.
  • Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions. Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication. Courteous with strong customer service orientation. Understanding of medical terminology used in clinical settings.
Experience:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent experience. Previous experience in customer service preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.5-7 years of experience..
Required skills:
  • Good customer service skills and schedule patient appointments and greet patients upon appointment arrival.
  • Some healthcare experience, doctors' office, medical reception work, even pharmacy work or general understanding of what medical aspect of it entails Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures.
  • Ensure a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution spending a lot of time in the waiting room greeting patients and wonderful.
  • Provide additional customer education and information as needed. Verification of insurance coverage and collect/post payments to patient accounts

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
