The Role in Brief:

Partner Relations Specialist, Cappex

As a Partner Relations Specialist, you will provide outstanding support to Cappex college partners in collaboration with sales team members. This role balances competing priorities, including client request tickets, subscription fulfillment, and ensuring that benchmarks are achieved. This is a great role for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively, and has a sense of urgency for completing tasks. The person in this role should have an ownership mindset and be ready to collaborate and demonstrate a passion for client satisfaction and retention. Tell us about roles and/or experiences in which you delivered customer service above and beyond what was expected. Additional experience information to share would be data entry, ways in which you are attentive to detail, or work in which accuracy was imperative.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Attend and record quarterly review calls with a dedicated book of college partners, presenting user facing profiles and provide recommended updates to partners.
  • Utilize administrative tools and internal systems to launch, update and maintain partner outreach, create customized content for user facing profiles, and securely deliver data files.
  • Communicate with partners via call and email to answer questions, collect data updates and coordinate the execution of purchased data and media products.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree relating to customer service and/or higher education. Preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Communications, the Humanities, and Arts.
  • 2+ Years of Demonstrated Professional and/or Customer Service-Related Responsibility - feel free to tell us about internships, volunteer positions, and/or leadership roles in clubs or organizations. Experience managing ongoing client partnerships a plus.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients and internal teams on a daily basis in a professional manner
  • Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and stellar client service with desire to add value to client-company relationships
  • Proficient PC skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Higher education industry experience
  • Desire for professional growth and upward mobility within a growing company
  • Experience with client relationship management and/or project management and related systems.
