Are you looking for a great hospitality opportunity?

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Overnight Solutions Consultant (Front Desk) with customer service experience and problem-solving skills to join our team! As the first point of contact for all prospective clientele, you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall quality of our residents' experience meets the company's established standards.

Location: 2220 N Glenville Dr, Richardson, TX 75082
Key Features of your Day

• You will ensure an excellent first impression for all guests and potential guests by providing quality customer service
• Lease and sell stays to guests while ensuring their arrivals and departures are warm & inviting
• Responsible for secure cash handling and processing procedures
• Work with the team to coordinate and provide services in housekeeping, maintenance, and operations. Teamwork is our culture!
• Ensure special requests for guests are fulfilled
• Responsible for secure cash handling and processing procedures
• Manage confidential information for the company and guests.
• Get creative! Assist in planning, managing, and attending fun events for our guests

Best Candidates will have

• Customer Service Experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Strong organization skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to resolve and manage issues with an exceptional level of service
