We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team at our program in Sharon Hill, PA 19079.

Position Details

Under the supervision of the Mental Health Outpatient leadership team, this position will have administrative and supervisory responsibilities and work in close collaboration with the Outpatient Clinic to ensure sustainability of operational and business practices within a clinical setting. This position requires expertise in administrative and organization workplace policies along with supervisory responsibilities. A working background in clinical work with clients and experience working with mental health populations is necessary. Teamwork, reliability, dependability, flexibility and the ability to problem solve are important characteristics for the position.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field of Human Services, including but not limited to Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology. License preferred (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

• Candidate is to have 2+ two years of clinical experience post graduate working with mental health populations and 2+ years if managerial/leadership experience

• Candidate must be computer competent and possess strong communication and time management skills
