POSITION SUMMARY:

OTS Representative position will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for PCNY. To achieve sales goals for OTS program. Employees in these positions work in field and visit prospective and current accounts directly to meet with customers. Have a desire to meet challenges and provide quality solutions to help grow the business. Work closely with the branch sales to prioritize the main common goal which is acquiring new business and expanding our brand Portfolio within the market. Promote the company products, service, and marketing capabilities. To sell products, high profitable packages, promotional programs, and any other special activities developed by the Company. In addition, manage and retain relationships with new and current customers.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

  • Meet directly with responsible customer employees at their business locations to drive outside sales revenue and growth and increase distribution of National Brands in assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
  • Develop assigned sales area by constantly prospecting for new accounts through outside sales calls.
  • Leverage VIP tools and process to maintain high levels of execution through efficient route sales and delivery, customer orders and productivity.
  • Develop a sales plan for each outside sales call to reach account, volume, and distribution goals, as defined by the company's AOP objectives and goals.
  • Aggressively target and pursue new fountain local accounts in your assigned area to reach yearly goal.
  • Meeting account sales call targets: 12 - 15 Accounts visit per day - Weekly Recap.
  • Meeting account audit targets: 5 accounts per week - Weekly Recap.
  • Coordination of resetting cold bottle initiatives and execution of programs that are listed.
  • Provide efficient service and merchandising to all accounts that will enhance the image of all corporate brands with consumers and retail customers.
  • Securing permanent Space display equipment locations in independent retailers.
  • Communicate with distributor all information on compliance, audits, voids, etc.
  • Communicate problems and competitive activity on your area to immediate supervisor.
  • Effectively lead distributor relationships within the geography and partner with routes on sales/innovation/display execution, (facilities within distributor model only)
  • Ability to solve complex problems on the fly and can work with delivery and warehouse operations to minimize sales disruptions.
  • Properly complete all new account forms and submit daily with appropriate state tax exempt forms. Maintain accurate sales book entries, submit all required paperwork in a timely manner and properly completed.
  • Pro-actively contacts assigned accounts to identify customer needs, changing requirements, or potential problems and resolve accordingly.
  • Develops knowledge of the Company's available services, product line and pricing structure as appropriate to new customers.
  • Develops and maintains an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and responds accordingly.
  • Responsible for reviewing all relevant sales scorecards on a weekly basis and leverages data to drive accountability within the team.
  • Identifies skill set opportunities within the team and leverages an established training framework to enhance the team's capability and knowledge base.
  • Excellent negotiating Skills and must be able to present and communicate in both Written and verbal forms.
  • Performs other duties as required.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience is required; and two years successful sales and/or customer contact experience.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and must be able to present and communicate in both written and verbal forms.
  • Must be able to handle demands, targets and guidelines and situations.
  • Ability to work independently manage own time and maintain consistent results towards common goal.
  • Must be able to be resilient, creative, consistent dependable and efficient.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills including the use or Power-Point and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Must maintain a valid Driver's License

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Potential earning is from $58,700.00 to $86,900.00 annually
