Role Overview
The Coworker Services Organizational Capability Associate is an integral part of the Coworker Services (HR) organization. As an Organizational Capability Associate, you work directly with Organizational Capability leadership and the organization to carry out leadership, management and coworker development and organizational projects. You will support creation, delivery and continuity of Organizational Capability programs and initiatives. In addition, you will serve as a liaison to Business Partners, other leaders, and other coworkers in helping them align to our initiatives and serve as a central point of contact for their questions and needs related to organizational programs.
This roles success depends on the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and priorities at once, build trusting relationships within the organization, and communicate the Coworker Services goals and initiatives to coworkers and leaders across multiple levels.
