Organizational Capability Associate

Role Overview

The Coworker Services Organizational Capability Associate is an integral part of the Coworker Services (HR) organization. As an Organizational Capability Associate, you work directly with Organizational Capability leadership and the organization to carry out leadership, management and coworker development and organizational projects. You will support creation, delivery and continuity of Organizational Capability programs and initiatives. In addition, you will serve as a liaison to Business Partners, other leaders, and other coworkers in helping them align to our initiatives and serve as a central point of contact for their questions and needs related to organizational programs.

This roles success depends on the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and priorities at once, build trusting relationships within the organization, and communicate the Coworker Services goals and initiatives to coworkers and leaders across multiple levels.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Assist the business and Organizational Capability team in creation, delivery and continuity of the programs, initiatives, and projects the team oversees.
  • Support the planning, logistics and delivery of organization-wide initiatives (Emerging Leaders Program, Jump Start for Leaders, Engagement Survey & Listening Strategy).
  • Conduct research and analyze relevant reports, talent trends and program effectiveness metrics to contribute to program design and optimization.
  • Support metric creation and other means of monitoring to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, within Coworker Services and across the organization. This includes creation of program or initiative communication plans and written communication deliverables.
  • Handle sensitive data with a strong sense of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend change as necessary.
  • Conduct special projects or assignments to serve our organization and support the management directives of the company.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and 3 years of administrative or human resources experience OR Bachelor's Degree
Other Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Excel skills must include ability to create pivot tables, multivariable regression analysis, VLOOKUP's, etc.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive coworker information is required
  • Sound multi-tasking and self-organization capabilities within tight timelines
  • Strong attention to detail while being results and solutions driven
  • History of working independently with little direction
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive working relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with coworkers at all levels including senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, HRIS or Administration a plus
