A Global Credit Union Company is seeking an Oracle HCM Security Admin in Remote

Role Description

Implement and maintain a data and application access strategy across various components of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure like HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse.

• Collaborate with the implementation partner and HR Business to understand the access requirements and implement them in Oracle HCM.
• Configure security across HCM modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, Reporting, Self Service, and Payroll.
• Be the point of contact for all security-related issues that arise during the testing cycles
• Review security-related enhancements and security impacts with Oracle patches and releases.
• Work with internal audit
• Create good documentation of the security implemented and the procedures to be followed.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience working with Oracle Cloud (HCM, Oracle integration cloud, fusion analytics warehouse)
• Experience implementing and configuring security across HCM modules
• Senior level experience with HCM data and application security- Expert-level knowledge of HCM data and application security functionality.
• Understand HCM security best practices
• At least 5 yrs. experience as a security admin for Oracle HCM cloud
• The capability to create custom security reports using Oracle-delivered tools like BIP/extracts is a plus
• Experience with MS Suite
