Baer is looking for Oracle HCM Cloud T&L ABM Business Process Analyst for a 18-month Federal Project located in Livermore, CA.

Title: Oracle HCM Cloud T&L ABM Business Process Analyst
Location: Remote with Travel to Albuquerque, NM & Livermore, CA
Duration: 18 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain requirements matrix and perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business needs and system capabilities.
• Document and configure the Time and Labor (T&L) and Absence Management (ABM) modules according to business requirements.
• Set up test data and execute thorough testing of the system to ensure functionality aligns with expectations.
• Collaborate with the test lead to review test packages and address any discrepancies between expected and actual results.
• Work closely with business function owners to develop system test conditions and scripts, ensuring comprehensive testing coverage.
• Analyze and diagnose problems encountered within the T&L and ABM modules during testing, and recommend effective solutions.
• Design modifications and required enhancements to improve system performance and address business needs, while considering impacts on other areas of the system.
• Provide guidance and review for application developers involved in implementing system modifications and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Requirements Analysis experience
• Proven experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in the Time and Labor (T&L) and Absence Management (ABM) modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform gap analysis and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience in documenting system configurations and test scripts, and executing system testing.
• Previous experience providing guidance and review for application developers is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
