RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking an Operations Manager 5. Operations Duties:

• Operations Manager 5 owns inventory reconciliation for all Certified Re-Newed (CRN) supply and finished goods pipeline
• Manage auctions process end to end from auction enablement, fulfillment and return material authorizations for all devices flowing through our return channel
• Daily co-ordination with 3rd party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure smooth execution of all auction related transactions
• Operations Manager 5 will work with accounting, finance and operations to ensure all projects are executed successfully on time and within budget
• Coordinate with various business units to identify and develop systemic and process improvements necessary to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy
• Monitor and oversee inventory control processes to ensure accuracy is within the necessary KPIs
• Issue resolution, including root cause analysis, corrective actions and the efficacy of those actions
• Operations Manager 5 makes decisions within guidelines and policies

Finance Duties:

• Responsible for financial reconciliation for all inventory
• Responsible for all financial reconciliation associated with auctions including reviewing price recommendations
• Operations Manager 5 will assist in Finance responsibilities including: Monthly Forecast, Month End submission and Pricing analysis
• Assist in marketing and sales deduction spend for CRN Business Unit; including obtaining necessary approvals, Campaign and Plan Proposal creation
• Operations Manager 5 will be reviewing and validation invoices for payment submission
• Contract review i.e. Promotional Terms Sheets, service agreements with 3PL partners/service providers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in inventory management and reconciliation experience
• 3+ years in 3PL management experience
• 3+ years of finance experience
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong Project Management skills
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to lead meetings and prepare presentations with internal & external Stakeholders and/or customers
• Strong understanding of wireless products and services preferred
• Quick thinking and able make decisions for quick corrective action ensuring problems are overcome
• Self-Starter who works well under limited direction
• Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and drive
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
