About the role

We're looking for people with a passion to work in Operations, with a real desire to make a difference to patients and make an impact on our business. Those willing to seize the opportunity, take the initiative and jump at challenges to shake things up for a greater purpose. Passionate, high-performing team players with a real curiosity and hunger to learn, grow, and take risks within our supportive network.

Starting in September 2023, the Operations Graduate Programme begins with three individual eight-month placements. Each placement will provide you with extraordinary insights into our business, and the chance to influence our future direction. If successful during the first 2 years, you will then consolidate your learning and experience in your third year in the programme.

A flexible programme with global opportunities, our Operations Graduate Associates Programme is a platform for progression, connection, ownership, and accountability. In our global and regional functions, you could develop your knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, External Sourcing & Global Quality. Our corporate functions offer the opportunity to develop your skills and experience across Procurement, Information Technology, and Engineering.

Combining a high level of on-the-job experience and coaching, you'll have a huge network of support to get you where you want to go. Creating connections and building long-lasting relationships In a highly collaborative, fun, and fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree (any subject area) awarded in 2022, or due to be awarded in 2023
  • A passion to work in Operations, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, - particularly with a real desire to take on real responsibilities in manufacturing and across the functions that support our supply chain activities
  • Agility of thought and understanding, and the curiosity and flexibility to work anywhere within Operations
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate change
  • The confidence and vision to critically assess and challenge existing ways of working
  • A valid passport
  • Global and regional flexibility to rotate through our business at the locations that offer you the best developmental experiences.
  • Fluent in English

Our virtual assessment days will be held week commencing the 14th November 2022

After you submit your application, you will be sent an invitation to an online assessment (SHL). If shortlisted, you will then be invited to a video interview and finally a full day virtual assessment day.
