The operations coordinator will provide general office support on the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with onboarding of new employees
  • Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders,
  • Prepare expense reports for Managing Directors and Senior Directors
  • Handle requests for certificates of insurance
  • Assist with project management by creating assignments in our CRM system and appraisal platform, tracking progress, and resolving issues
  • Prepare and send invoices for appraisal assignments.
  • Assist with Aging Receivables and Reporting
  • Assist with database updates and management
  • Assist with month end closeout
  • Assist with bios and appraiser license renewals
  • Process vendor invoices for payment
  • Prepare and maintain operations docs and reports
  • Plan and schedule projects in a proactive manner by interacting with external and internal stakeholders
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain quality assurance audit, information and checklists


The education and experience we're looking for:
  • A bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • 2-3 years of office coordinator


What skills you should have:
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload, work well under pressure and switch gears quickly.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and regularly with manager and members of a team.
  • Must be able to support deliverables with strong follow through capabilities.
  • Displays conciseness, clarity, tact, and cordiality in both written and verbal communication.
  • Displays interest and enthusiasm for the job and the success of the organization.
  • A high level of maturity to effectively work with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team, cooperatively with others, think inclusively while providing a strong individual contribution.
  • Adheres to ethical behavior and work standards that engender confidence, reliability and fidelity.
  • Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes
  • Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders
