The Operations Alignment Project Coordinator provides administrative, clerical and project support to the Operational Alignment team, with a focus on supporting Mass Health Behavioral Health regulatory and contractual business requirements This position has a variety of responsibilities such as searching State, Mass Health and the Office of Behavioral Health sites, preparing Excel spreadsheets, documentation management on a Share Point site.

Essential Functions
Administrative Responsiblities:
• Monitor State sites for updates to documentation related to Mass Health behavioral health services and rates.
• Create, QC and manage Excel files that track rate changes.
• Manage operational tasks and timelines.
• Participate in meetings with functional areas across AllWays Health Partners and the Behavioral Health vendor.
• Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
• Builds strong customer relationships and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations; establish and maintain effective customer relationships - both internal as well as external.
• Maintains very high level of confidentiality due to nature of work
• Anticipates and meets, or exceeds, internal and/or external customer expectations and requirements; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
• Work is normally performed in a typical office work environment or remotely.

Qualifications
Knowledge and Education

Required:
• Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience

Preferred/Desired:
• Bachelor's Degree

Experience

Required:
• 2-5 years or equivalent work experience supporting executive level
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft platform applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Skype for Business
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal (written and verbal communication) skills
• Ability to anticipate departmental and manager's needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the departments in addressing issues
• Is organized, and flexible
