1236669 Office Manager (Part-Time) - Make You Own Schedule! $25-$35/Hr

Our client, a highly successful event planning company in the greater Boston area, is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Office Manager. In this role you will be responsible for organizing and helping with AP and AR as well as customer service and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or related field, experience with QuickBooks, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a real interest in the event planning industry/hospitality industry. The Event Coordinator must be proactive and motivated; have the ability to effectively multitask, incredible organization, a good attitude, and strength with numbers. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate who is looking for an intimate office setting where they can make their own schedule.
