Location: Fulton, MO
Description:
The Judge Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments in many counties of Missouri:

Boone, Butler, Callaway, Camden, Cole, Dunklin, Jasper, Newtown, Pettis, and more counties

with one of the biggest healthcare providers in the country!

Schedule: Extremely flexible, and can be part time or full time. Visits can be scheduled whenever you are available Mon-Sun.

Overview:

A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete yearly visits on members within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit can vary and could include performing an annual health assessment, a post discharge visit, or other general follow up assessments. Each visit ranges from about 60-90 minutes.

Requirements:
- six months of NP experience
- Active NP license in the state of MO
