Description:
The Judge Group is currently seeking a fully remote HIM Coder!!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Assigns the appropriate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes to highest level of specificity for appropriate assignment of the DRG and all applicable CPT and/or HCPCS codes
- Responsible for data entry into electronic databases for use in the assessing of quality of patient care, outcome analysis, and financial management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- RHIA, RHIT, OR CCS certification
- 3-5 years coding experience
- Inpatient coding experience required
