Your New Company
The client is a national general contracting, construction management and design/build fir, with an amazing reputation in the New Jersey Industrial market for over 20 years.

Your New Role
They are in need for a Lead Superintendent who has strong knowledge and skill in the industrial and larger side of the commercial sectors of Construction. You will be responsible for the completion of a new development in New Jersey. The project consists of a ground up warehouse valued at $74 million sat on 80 acres.

What you'll need to succeed

• Site work and underground utilities
• Industrial warehouse building experience within the last 5 years
• Computer skills are a must
• Be able to travel throughout NJ
• Experience in pre-cast, big-box and tilt up construction
