This hourly skilled position ensures our customers receive a quality die cast product through the proper performance of the Nitride process required to maintain the casting tools.

Shift: 3rd (11p-7a)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Pre and Post process tooling (Sand blast, plug holes, pre-heat, steam wash, glass blast, etc.)

• Process tools through the Nitride pots following all applicable work instructions

• Maintain cyanide concentration in pots

• Maintain nitride pots and replace liners as needed

• Prepare and maintain records of cyanide waste (hazardous waste)

REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED
Gibbs Powered Industrial Equipment License

Hazardous Material and Respiratory Awareness certifications
