Hours: FT Days. Three (3) years pediatric experience preferred for Outpatient Pediatric Center. BLS, CNIM or EEG or EP.

The Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist II is responsible for performing Electroencephalograms (EEGs) and/or Evoked Potentials (EPs) studies in the Laboratory and at the bedside of patients. Also, performs video/EEG monitoring, routine topographic brain mapping studies, and ambulatory monitoring, etc. Video Long Term Monitoring (LTM) experience. Taking more of a lead and teaching position in the lab.. Is qualified to provide a descriptive analysis of the waveforms and patterns relevant to their credential, however, is not responsible for interpretation or clinical correlation of the data.
Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: High school graduate and participation in an approved electroneurodiagnostic training program.

Required Minimum Certification BLS and one of the following:• EEG by ABRET• EP by ABRET• CNIM by ABRET

Required Minimum Experience: at least one year of experience as EEG tech

Required Minimum Skills: Well developed PC and Microsoft Windows knowledge (keyboard skills), customer service, ability to function without much supervision. Strong well-developed communications skills.
