This position is within FSU's Department of Northwest Regional Data Center - State Data Center (NWRDC-SDC)
A Network Administrator at the State Data Center is responsible for customer firewalls, load balancers and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Technical position network operations, network security, monitoring, quality assurance, and documentation in the Network Support Section of the Bureau of Core Services.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other appropriate degree and two years experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)
This position requires successful completion of the Security Awareness Training Certificate or ability to obtain the certification within 6 months of hire.
Preferred QualificationsNetwork+ and CCNA or equivalent certifications.
