ECS is seeking a .NET Engineer to work in our Washington DC office supporting the IT Operations and Maintenance contract

General Description:
The ideal candidate has worked throughout the Documentum Toolsets including Docloader and Docbase utilities, and understands architecture to upgrade and maintain. The candidate also needs to have extensive experience in VUGen scripting, Scheduling the test scripts in Windows scheduler.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years development experience with .NET framework.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting web applications.
• Experience working with IIS and Windows servers.
• Proficiency using databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Ability to learn new skills to be able to support other application.
• Ability prioritizes duties based on shifting demands.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of SCADA system development, Wonderware and PLC.
• Familiarity with RPA development.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, Micro Focus CI/CD software, Elasticsearch).
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (GitHub).
• Working knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere).
• Understanding of Section 508 guidelines.
