RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client located in Lewisville, TX that is looking for a Mortgage Sourcer/Recruiter on a long term temporary possible temp to perm basis. This position is remote. Duties include:- Sourcing candidates for corporate positions
- Screen and setup initial interview with recruiter
- Source passive and active candidates; Keeping an active pipeline of qualifies candidates
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience though clear communication & timely feedback as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
- Complete weekly report on employment activity, track and report on key recruitment metrics designed to measure staffing activity
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of mortgage sourcing/recruiting experience
- Must be able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Excellent communications and organizational skills
