Job Description:

Mobile Dental Hygienist opportunity, must have reliable transportation and flexible with travel, start time is 7:30am

As a Dental Hygienist for Community Health Center, you will:
  • Provide education and dental hygiene to adults and children
  • Work with a flexible schedule (Part Time 32 hrs/week)
  • Possess a strong interest in the community health population
  • Have a commitment to preventative dental care
  • Evaluate overall oral health
  • Work in a friendly, team atmosphere
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must:
  • Be a graduate of an accredited Dental Hygienist program
  • Current State of CT licensure
  • 2+ years Dental Hygienist experience
  • Knowledge of patient screening, charting, and medical history procedures and documentation
  • Ability to perform a full range of established dental hygienist protocol and procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and techniques
  • Ability to set up and prepare dental equipment and instrumentation
