Client: Largest US Insurance Provider
Role: Microsoft O365 Administrator
Duration: 6 months
Rate: *depending on experience (on W2 only)
Location: Cary, NC

Your New Role:
Messaging Engineering is responsible for the following:
• Participate in planning, and implementation of Microsoft O365 and perimeter security technologies
• Works with other Engineering teams to facilitate the growth of messaging capabilities within company
• Provide Engineering expertise to all levels of the global organization as needed

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Microsoft O365, Exchange, Skype/Teams, and IronPort Email Security
• Work independently to carry-out projects
• Handle high severity impacting issues and provide guidance to operations/vendor teams
• Work with teams to plan and implement messaging technologies across the globe
• Collaborate with other IT groups to ensure that computing infrastructures such as Network, Desktop
Design, and Server domains can support the messaging demand

What You Need To Succeed:
Essential:
• 5 years of enterprise messaging leveraging Microsoft technologies
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft O365
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
• Ability to provide 2nd/3rd level support
• Experience in large scale messaging environments - +25,000 users
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, inclusive of written, verbal and listening
• Customer Service Orientation and strong teamwork

Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related discipline)
• 2 years of experience in Email Security/Gateway
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange E-Mail systems, Active Directory, Android Enterprise and iOS development
• Experience with application development for mobile environments
• Cisco Certified Specialist - Email Content Security certification
