Job Description

The Manager, Digital Creative Content, will join our in-house content team and support bringing a variety of creative deliverables to life for our product detail pages, as well as help manage external content development partners and work with them to identify key strategies and best practices to apply to our brands online. We are seeking someone with strong creative talent, exceptional management skills and the desire to be part of our in-house creative team that collaborates cross functionally with our digital marketing team.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing creative teams and overseeing the creation and production of content for a catalog of over 1200 products across eCommerce retail channels. Our Amazon presence will be a key priority. Other retail channels like, Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, Kroger, and brand.com websites, as well as new and emerging channels will also be prioritized.
• Instrumental in evolving and enhancing the story of the national brands, as well as growing new ones and expanding our marketing messages throughout these digital channels.
• Manage and support content creation of the eCommerce Product Catalog of over 1200 items.
• Work with and oversee multiple creative teams (designer/writer).
• Oversee and manage photo shoots with our internal and external photographer.
• Brief and art direct new photograph while upholding localized brand identity guidelines.
• Manage and oversee brand store content and "A+" enhanced content, and brand.com website content, and brand store pages.
• Support PDP projects, including content and key word optimizations, revamps, brand store pages, and enhanced (A+) content.
• Maintain eCommerce content process guidelines to stay up-to-date with retailer.com requirements and best practices.
• Maintain brand guidelines and execute content on brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, digital managers and brand managers to gather learnings and create inspiring and informational content.
• Develop and adapt work with feedback, consolidating across stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with eCommerce retail channels, including Amazon and Walmart.
• Experience working with large product catalogs preferred.
• Expert-level experience with Adobe CC Programs is required.
• Experience with motion and video graphics (After Effects a plus).
• BA or BS degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Great communication skills (verbal and written) and a positive team attitude.
• Ability to present concepts in a clear and convincing manner to a broad range of audiences.
• Strong understanding of keyword dynamics and optimization.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce product content best practices.
• Strong typographic and design skills.
• Solid visual storytelling and audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of mobile design.
• Ability to direct and manage photo shoots.
• Ability to guide internal/external production partners in achieving top quality creative execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others, with respect for unique contributions.
• Works well within cross-functional teams; simultaneously contributing to multiple projects each with aggressive development schedules.
• Must be organized, able to prioritize, plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work streams across brands.
