Coach USA has new and exciting career opportunities for Diesel Mechanics at our Chester, NY location. We are looking for a mechanic to repair and inspect company equipment in a cost effective, safe, timely manner. Come join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Inspects, repairs, or replaces parts including: Air Compressors, pumps, filter units, superchargers, starters, timers, generators, governors, reduction gears, hydraulic couplings, braking systems, steering systems, cooling systems, electrical systems, and air conditioning
• Remove and replace Broken Glass, Body Components and Seat Covers
• Minor body work as needed
• PMI repairs
• Utilize most special purpose shop tools, such as steam cleaners, grease guns, valve grinders, etc.
• Performs other duties as directed, including all work subordinates perform

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including outdoors
• Must meet DOT Physical Qualifications, pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• CDL A/B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsement
• Must be able to attend training when directed
