.NET Feature Lead Developer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Feature Lead Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications while providing technical guidance and leadership to the development team. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product owners, and stakeholders, to ensure the software design and development meet business needs.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement privacy features and functionalities utilizing .NET framework, Angular, and related technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of .NET developers, including task assignment, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Contribute to story refinement and defining requirements.
• Ensure all Agile ceremonies are being followed.
• Work with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs / requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team, including process optimization, tooling enhancements, and knowledge sharing activities.
• Conduct code reviews, identify, and resolve technical issues, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Ensure that software development processes and best practices are followed.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Execute automated test suites (integration, regression, performance); collect results and identify issues.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Required Skills
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in .NET software development experience
• Experience with software development using .Net, Angular, web services etc.
• Sound knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL) and experience with large SQL based systems.
• Strong knowledge with Agile software development practices, principles, and tools, such as JIRA, Ansible, etc.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• .Net/Angular experience, Visual studio, version control tools
• Bank of America experience
• Knowledge of data privacy laws
• Experience with privacy by design concepts

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65/hr on W2 - $70/hr on W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
