MajorResponsibilities:

1. Loadsand unloads trucks with either incoming or outgoing materials. Inventories/counts and moves raw and finishedmaterials from the production floor or storage areas to their intendeddestination.

2. Operatesthe company truck to move materials to or from plant.

3. Unloadssteel trucks as they arrive and moves steel to storage areas.

4. Operatessit-down lift and high-reach lift trucks as necessary to store or delivermaterials.

5. Accuratelyreports daily activities as required.

6. Materialflow, presentation and replenishment experience preferred.

7. Knowledgeof inventory control processes such as cycle counting and scrap reporting are preferred.

8. Inventories,prepares and packages aftermarket materials for shipment.

9. Proficientin using handheld scanner and/or pc to perform inventory transactions.

10. CoordinatesUPS shipments and receipts.

11. Keepswork areas clean and free of hazards.

12. Exercisessafe work habits

13. Maintaina clean safety record for operating all material handling equipment.

14. Performsother duties as assigned by the Area Leader or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Must be able to read and write legibly

• Ability to work overtime, as production demands require

• Ability to function as an effective team member

• Ability to follow operation procedures and assess problems and recommend solutions to resolve problems

• Must be able to meet production standards and follow instructions

• Must maintain a current lift truck operators license

• Must be able to physically lift 40 lbs.

• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout the term of employment
