Our client, a video game company, is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join the team. We're looking for candidates with the following skill set and experience to fill the role. 

You will report to the report to the Manager, Creative Operations, Global Marketing Creative and be responsible for:


Supporting a variety of initiatives across Creative Operations from collecting and validating data for key reports, to helping to implement new processes and tools, to support initiatives for team health
Be an active contributor to building and maintaining a high functioning creative team.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather key information in order to plan and execute team strategies for campaign execution.
Support internal processes; help to refine and implement work streams across teams and channels to increase efficiency and enable communication.
Participate in a support capacity in work streams centered on improving operational efficiency for the Creative Team.
Streamline creative output by providing input on processes, regarding task, time, and file management, approval protocol, and quality control.
Cultivate relationships with internal and external team members
Administrative support as needed as needed for Senior Management within the department. (meeting scheduling, expense reports, etc.)


Musts:


Bachelor’s Degree
1-2+ years of coordinator and/or project management experience in a creative or marketing environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail
The ability to objectively assess process, implement based on direction and goals, and recommend improvements
A love of tackling tough problems and flexibility in the midst of change
Ability to anticipate needs, weigh the potential outcomes of choices, and balance needs with constraints
A positive attitude and a passion for marketing and the creative process
Ability to evaluate from multiple viewpoints


Pluses:


PC, Console, and Mobile games marketing experience
Experience with Project Management tools (ie. Airtable, Favro, Smartsheets) and DAMs
(ie. Iconik, Brandfolder) for database management, tracking, and archiving.
