Our client, a large financial services company, is investing in bright, agile and diverse talent to contribute to our mission of innovating our business and creating a superior customer experience. We're actively seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our Strategic Accounts team in Newport Beach, CA. Requirement for this role is hybrid.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the company's growth and long-term success by providing sales and marketing support to the internal team, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with project work. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 13 people in the Consumer Markets division. Your colleagues will include other Strategic Accounts Representatives and Specialists, and Project Analysts that support the partnerships with our internal and external clients and Strategic Partnerships' Field Team. This opportunity will bring you experiences in the financial service industry, an introduction to relationship management and sales support.

How you will make an impact:

  • Sales and marketing project support including Sales Team resource updates (product, commissions, firm overviews) in Excel, Word, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Building and maintaining communication distribution lists in CRM.
  • Building of product profiles and questionnaires (product material to be provided as a reference point).
  • Coordination, preparation and mailing of marketing materials and promotional items for client meetings and visits.
  • Support off-cycle reporting and audits.
  • Assist in the build-out of the year-end planning book and ongoing presentation builds and formatting.

The experience you will bring:
  • Four-year college degree, with experience in financial services preferred.
  • Must have good working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible with the ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for development and support.
