Reporting to the National Director, Donor Experience & Stewardship, the Manager, Stewardship Resources acts as the primary liaison and organizational resource for stewardship materials and information. The Manager partners closely with JDRF national and chapter staff to identify, disseminate and manage all stewardship materials including: research updates, program information, recognition materials, impact reports and messages of gratitude.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with and is a resource to national program and chapter staff for existing JDRF stewardship best practices
  • Develops and manages the organization's Gratavid software utilization
  • Partners with Prospect Management on stewardship dashboard development, implementation and usage
  • Manages annual review and edits to gift acknowledgment and thank you letters
  • Manages all general donor stewardship collateral materials for all levels of giving (library, distribution, access)
  • Ensures that stewardship reporting tools for frontline fundraisers are available and accurate; trains chapter staff in how to access and utilize the tools.
  • Partners with colleagues on event execution and logistics

Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented with a mindset that puts the donor at the center of all decision-making.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in process analysis and project management.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills as well as active listening, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to lead by example and encourage collaborative efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in planning and executing stewardship and cultivation events.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly efficient in time management and can meet deadlines and establish priorities under pressure; Self-starter.
  • Team player with the ability to interface with all levels of staff and volunteers.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% including evenings and weekends.
  • 5 years of professional, frontline fundraising experience.
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Target Salary - $60k

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
