The Manager of Service Operations leads Enrollment & Billing Services Operations and develops strategic plans and procedures in support of operational effectiveness, customer service goals and objectives. Implements' initiatives to increase provider and member satisfaction. Oversees analysis of key performance metrics to identify areas in need of training and improvement, as well as the identification of potential workflow improvements. The manager will operationalize EBS initiatives & make infrastructure and resource recommendations to Director as needed. Ensure regulatory & Association requirements and business objectives are met. Evaluate department performance, identify root causes, take corrective actions to address deficiencies. Optimize staffing, processes, and operational controls to meet operational goals.
This position requires an onsite presence at our Meridian Idaho campus and leads Enrollment & Billing Services teams supporting Commercial Group enrollments, dis enrollment's, changes and related billing processes.
Required Experience: 7/+ years' relevant experience to include leadership experience. Preferred experience will be related to health, insurance and/or finance.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
