We are searching for a Product Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts on our Product Platform team. The Product Platform Team is responsible for building and maintaining tools and workflows to support all operations that our DFS, Sportsbook, Casino and NFT Marketplace products depend upon in order to thrive. You will partner with our product team to drive insights and recommendations through analysis and testing focused on improving key product and business KPIs, while also owning our product health monitoring infrastructure. WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A PRODUCT ANALYTICS MANAGER:

• Lead a small team of analysts responsible for developing data analysis and reports to measure and inform our product platform initiatives. Example areas include: hypothesis testing for new features and launches, removing friction from our customer experience and increasing the number of customers that engage with DraftKings.
  
• Work closely with our platform product teams to identify areas of opportunity, align on key performance indicators, and measure performance.
  
• Build and maintain a reporting suite to support critical initiatives.
  
• Create high-quality presentations to communicate with key stakeholders across the business effectively.
  
• Work cross-functionally across the organization to analyze customer behavior.
  

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Ideally, you have 5+ years of business analytics or data science experience, preferably at a sportsbook or gaming provider or in ecommerce.
  
• Experience leading a team of junior analysts and being responsible for managing, mentoring, and helping to grow their careers. 2+ years management experience preferred.
  
• Ability to take complicated problems and build simple frameworks.
  
• Comfortable presenting complicated data views to cross-functional audiences and senior leadership.
  
• Expertise in SQL/Snowflake and Microsoft Excel.
  
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  
• Experience with R, Python, or statistical programming languages is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of statistics and hypotheses testing. Model building experience is a plus.
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline
  

This position can sit in either Boston or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
