Responsible for implementing and improving a best-in-class Master Data Management process for all key supplier data. They will work within a global team to establish standards and guidelines around key supplier master data elements. They will collaborate cross functionally across all vendor areas to ensure master data maintenance business processes are established and operational.

• Maintain product data model by identifying relevant data within all current and future data solutions.
• Monitor compliance around standards for master data format with all business functions that interact with supplier master data.
• Create and maintain formal and documented processes, roles and responsibilities supporting effective data entry, establishing high quality data standards, managing data integrity, and driving continuous improvement of master data critical to business processes.
• Participate and lead project activities around product supply chain master data within legacy systems to enable the transition to S/4.
• Drive global alignment and consistency of data standards across all business units and partners who interact with supplier master data.
• Facilitate collaboration with other team members (through involvement in requirements gathering, testing, roll-out and execution phases) to ensure seamless transition of business processes.
• Collaborate with product and site data managers to create a cohesive supply chain master data management team.
• Acts as the point of contact for supplier master data governance.
• Perform other ad hoc analysis and duties as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Required Education/ Certification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant Master Data Management experience
• Must be able to meet deadlines and produce results in a timely and accurate manner.
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Mastery of MS Office tools is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
