The Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) Information Services (IS) Planning, Finance and Administration function encompasses: (1) the IS Plan Operations team, which establishes and maintains tools, processes and governance for IS projects and enhancements; (2) the IS Finance team, which handles IS financial budgeting and forecasting and (3) the IS Administration team which handles IS communications, administrative support, contract operations, human resources and facilitates management.

The Manager IS Administration is a leader who is responsible for developing and overseeing (1) the overall IS communications strategy for all internal and external IS communications. The leader is tasked with building and operating a contract operations function for IS to monitor and manage contract expirations and compliance and look for opportunities to optimize vendors and contracts. The leader also is responsible for all administrative support for the IS organization, including serving as the HR liaison managing facilities requirements and other special projects as assigned. The role requires a person who must be detail-oriented and a "take-charge" leader with strong communications (written and spoken).

JOB DUTIES:

Key responsibilities for the Manager, IS Administration role include:

  • Develop and execute systemwide IS communications plan.
  • Manage identity, access and approval for all IS contractors and affiliates.
  • Develop and execute a vendor and contract operations function for IS.
  • Manage IS Executive Assistant team.
  • Provide human resources support and serve a primary IS liaison to Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Provide facilities management support and serve a primary IS liaison to Real Estate and Campus Planning organizations.
  • Develop and execute IS content management plan for IS SharePoint sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

- EDUCATION - Bachelors in Information Systems, Business or related Equivalent Exp

- EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 2 year’s experience required

- Highly Preferred Skills and Key Attributes listed below:

  • People and team building skills.
  • Organization and coordination skills.
  • Detail oriented and a self-starter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid financial and business acumen.
