Description

SeniorBridge is looking for an innovative and resourceful recruiting leader to head up a team of remote, regional Recruiters.

SeniorBridge is Humana's wholly-owned home care business acquired in 2012. We provide concierge care management, private duty nursing, and personal care assistance services to seniors.

Responsibilities

This role, will be responsible for the implementation of the recruiting philosophy, regional approach, methods and procedures, program development, and communication. This leader will provide oversight for recruiting operations and direction for the recruiting team. They will work collaboratively with the Director of Operations to ensure alignment with business strategies and priorities. Job responsibilities include the following:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs to source and deliver talent.
  • Partner with recruiters to forecast staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans and potential changes in the market.
  • Develop and drive pipeline strategies using social media, job boards, and print ads.
  • Coach and provide opportunities for recruiter development.
  • Establish and maintain recruiter metrics that measure performance with quantifiable progress/success of the team.
  • Conduct briefings and team meetings to review regional approach.
  • Maintain frequent contact with other managers across the department and provide regular updates to staffing plan.
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare recruiting role building recruitment pipelines
  • 2+ years of experience managing, mentoring and training individual contributors - leading a remote team is ideal
  • High level of familiarity from working with applicant tracking software such as: Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.
  • Deep experience with standard recruiting tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, GSuite), and a desire to explore and implement new tools to enhance the recruiting process and drive the talent pipeline
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, coupled with demonstrated experience in time-management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Home care recruiting experience, and knowledge of the caregiver labor market.
