Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma / GED and 9+ years related work experience OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study and 5+ years related work experience
Work experience to include, but is not limited to:
  • Internal audit, risk management and/or business improvement
  • Financial accounting or assurance
  • Influencing, engagement and communications at all organizational levels up to senior management
Knowledge of:
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
Skilled in:
  • Analysis of data and processes
  • Project management with demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem/situation analysis
  • Analytical analysis
  • Effective time and task management
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to:
  • Operating effectively in a large and complex organization

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years supervisory/managerial experience
  • Experience to include, but is not limited to:
  • 'Big 4' accountancy firm experience
  • Change management
  • Working with a Shared Service model
  • License / Certification(s):
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Professional certification in risk, internal control or audit
Knowledge of:
  • SAP software

Work Environment and Physical Demand:
  • Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (up to 10 lbs.)
  • Walks, sits, or stands for extended periods.
  • Requires prolonged machine operation including vehicle, computer, and keyboard equipment.
  • Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills
