Team Runway is the central change management and deployment function in the Village. We partner with all teams to create and deploy efficient and effective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives.

The Change Management and Deployment Manager will support the implementation of small to large change initiatives using process improvement and change management methodologies. This will require working in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment, with a high level of emotional intelligence. Change deployments will include:

  • Partnering with teams across the organization to deploy new processes and innovative medical technologies
  • Use of organizational / behavioral change management strategies and tactical plans
  • Exercising strong project management skills to achieve adoption and transformational outcomes
  • Adhering to and evolving a standard practice for change management and deployment

The Manager will directly lead and/or indirectly influence teams of highly motivated change agents with process improvement, change management, and organization development experience, and is expected to effectively manage individual work streams and communicate recommendations to business unit leads and senior executives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project Management

  • Align deployment plan to project objectives and team goals, proactively identifying roadblocks and addressing scope
  • Leverage necessary teams to execute deliverables on-time by building appropriate rapport and partnership

Change Strategy and Deployment

  • Effectively partner with stakeholders to understand, manage, and execute an effective change and deployment approach, aligning change strategy and key messaging with enterprise priorities
  • Manage the change team to deliver change management strategy and collateral as appropriate, following the team's change methodology
  • Ensure clear adoption metrics are established and measured as part of the overall change plan to articulate the impact of effective change strategies

Building Relationships

  • Use a high degree of emotional intelligence to productively navigate relationships and build credibility
  • Gain buy-in from project partners, sponsors, and team, identifying appropriate leaders to build a sponsorship model
  • Present to senior leadership
  • Foster an environment of trust within project team

Analytics

  • Analyze success and process metrics to identify and address barriers to adoption
  • QA metrics for accuracy and complete metrics report out to stakeholders and leadership

Team

  • Cultivate a high level of collaboration within the project team and stakeholder group
  • Commit to the development of individuals and work to bring our team 'up' with the same intention that you do yourself; proactively identified opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Hire the appropriate people for the right job and coach for performance
  • Create a fun and productive work environment
  • Understand and evaluate team's performance on Engagement Surveys and help to develop action plans to address areas of under performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of work experience in change management, org development and/or project implementation highly preferred
  • Experience supporting large-scale implementation or business transformation teams with tangible impact on operating/financial performance preferred
  • Change management and/or project management certification preferred
  • Travel: 10-25% may be required

  • Position Base Range: $68,400 - $100,400

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
