This individual is responsible for strategic thought, planning, collaboration, and the ultimate execution of all internal & external communications for the brand, including materials to internal team members and a system totaling more than 700 franchisees, development and execution of presentations and business content for Executive use, as well as planning, scheduling and execution of brand Town Halls. This role also serves as the main point of contact for the Inspire Meetings and Events Team as it relates to conference and event planning, as well as the main point of contact for Inspire Enterprise Communications and is responsible for the adaptation and transmission of Inspire level messaging to the Jimmy John's System. This role also leads all Jimmy John's brand earned media and PR activities and works collaboratively with the Jimmy John's Brand Marketing team as well as Inspire Enterprise Communication to both further the Jimmy John's brand and campaign narrative as well as protect the brand from public and social risks. In this role, the Manager of Brand Communications will lead the PR agency relationship and work to coordinate timing of pitches, content for pitches, and briefs to the PR agency in order to properly set up the PR team for success. Lastly, this position acts as the main liaison to the Inspire Foundation team as it relates to the activities and processes for the Jimmy John's Foundation.
