Compensation: $19.37/Hour
POSITION PURPOSE
The Maintenance Technician III oversees the ongoing maintenance functions of specified facility or facilities’ physical plants, equipment and grounds in order to provide a safe and clean environment that meets the standards of all applicable regulatory authorities. Successful candidate will be on our construction team where some evening and overnight hours may be needed. This position will also cover multiple CHN office locations and regions.
$1,000 sign-on bonus after successful completion of 6-month orientation.

• Conduct regular training with in-house staff are department related material
• Participate in regular departmental and committee meetings as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK

EDUCATION
• High School/GED required
• Associates degree preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
• At least five (5) years experience in an institutional or healthcare maintenance position required
• Advanced skill-level in at least two (2) trades required
• A valid driver’s license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a Class E Missouri driver’s license by the end of the 60-day introductory period required
• Working knowledge of building blueprints required
• Working knowledge of NFPA National Building Codes, National Fire Codes, and Building Codes required
• Working knowledge of JCAHO, Medicare/Medicaid and OSHA requirements regarding safety and equipment required
• The ability to juggle multiple projects on multiple sites, collaborate with multiple disciples and coordinate with multiple vendors and contractors required
