The Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician-Manufacturing will repair and adjust equipment, machines, and defective components, replacing worn parts such as electrical and mechanical components or equipment.

Do you:

• Have prior electrical experience in a manufacturing environment?
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit breakers and low voltage power distribution systems, AC/DC motor control devices, instrumentation, PLC's and AC/DC drive systems, etc.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications (machine, mechanical and electrical), as well as electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
• Performing preventative maintenance on electrical and electronic systems of production equipment such as pressure transducers, electrical and pneumatic controllers, level indicators/controllers, pressure and temperature transmitters, etc.
• Have prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment?
• Performing inspections and repairing production equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, air/hydraulic cylinders and lines, process rolls, reclaim and extrusion equipment, and utilities equipment such as air compressors and water chillers systems?
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting failures on equipment?
• Have high energy?
• Have a "Can Do" attitude with a proven track record of reliability?

Requirements:

Experience repairing and maintaining equipment.

Experience using measuring devices such as tape measures, micrometers, calipers and squares.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and read blueprints and technical drawings, such as machine, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
