Job Info


Daily management of specific portfolio of customers including but not limited to shipments and communication with other departments. You will be an essential liaison between shipping and other departments to ensure the proper flow of all customer orders.

Essential Functions

  1. Daily management of specific portfolio of customers including but not limited to shipments, carrier missed pickups, backorders, communication with other departments, etc.
  2. Enter volume/truckload bids and tender load
  3. Process freight quotes
  4. Research and investigate customer deductions
  5. Research and investigate customer scorecards and prepare disputes
  6. Communicate as a liaison between shipping and other departments
  7. Work collaboratively with other departments regarding item setup, specifications related to shipping weight, size, class, palletization, etc.
  8. Manage intercompany transfers to ensure on-time shipment of all product

  6. Ability to prioritize and handle fast-paced environment
  7. Knowledge of freight (LTL, truckload, NMFC class, etc)
  8. Light Travel may be required


Required Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  2. Experience with "Big Box" retailers
  3. Microsoft Office Suite
