We are currently partnered with one of the Nation's top workers compensation law firms who are accustomed to represent a diverse clientele, from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies globally. Whose mission adheres of superb legal service. We are currently looking for a full-time Legal Receptionist.

* Position: legal receptionist
* Legal Receptionist Location: Sarasota

Legal Receptionist Essential Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner.
* Filing.
* Scanning closed files for archive.
* Supporting the attorneys, paralegal, and legal assistants with various administrative tasks.
* Managing the office such as ordering office supplies or contacting the management company for maintenance needs.
* Transcription
* Document preparation.

Legal Receptionist Details:
* Monday through Friday 8:45am-5pm
* $17-$18/hr.
* The broad job duties associated with this position create quite a few opportunities for job growth. We are looking for someone who is bright, has a great attitude, and is open to learning new things.
* Legal experience is preferred but not necessarily required with appropriate, transferrable skills. This is an in-office position.
