Your role

This role manages all activities of the Learning Management System (LMS). Acts as the main point of contact for the LMS, providing direction and support to teams across the global portfolio. Facilitate system upgrades, quarterly releases, manage content versioning and LMS Admin reports, not limited to but including Completion, Certifications, Compliance, etc.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary LMS technical and functional contact, including but not limited to:
  • Organize and maintain content, which includes uploading, publishing, versioning
  • Generate and manage activities, and running and creating scheduling reports
  • Manage roles, security, and permissions associated with the system
  • Maintain data integrity such as course codes, descriptions, and other required information
  • Build complex courses and curriculums
  • Tests course content and troubleshoots issues.
  • Monitor student progress to ensure they are meeting the course requirements
  • Maintains the training catalog within the LMS
  • Configure and distribute reports as requested, and LMS data analysis
  • Ensure our internal customers' technical issues are resolved, including transcript and system issues
  • Monitor the training inbox, resolve questions and troubleshoot problems for global users
  • Resolve users' issues escalated through ServiceNow
  • Work with vendors to ensure content meets the minimum system requirement for the LMS
  • Review all software updates/enhancements, release notes and communicate the changes to leadership
  • Maintain Operations training calendar

What you'll need
  • 2+ years in LMS administration
  • Strong written & verbal communication with global companies
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proficient computer skills needed, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Proficient in management of a LMS, Cornerstone preferred.
  • Experience with eLearning software integration with an LMS (SCORM / AICC, xAPI)
  • Skilled in recognizing and resolving issues that may appear when it comes to course design, its configuration, or infrastructure
  • Effective planning, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work on various projects and change priorities in a fast-changing environment
