As the Learning & Engagement program manager at Constant Contact, you will be responsible for developing and delivering various development programs with a strong focus on fostering company culture, leadership, inclusion, community engagement, and a sense of belonging. 

Along with the Culture and Engagement Team, you will be a key driver of the learning and engagement programs to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention through leadership development, inclusion efforts, and social responsibility initiatives. 

What you'll do: 

  • Drives employee development program management and delivery, including leadership, diversity and inclusion, using a variety of training methods, including online learning, virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Manages diversity and inclusion programming, supporting the core value of You Belong Here, including Affinity Groups program initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and program development.
  • Manages all culture, engagement and community volunteer programs, including coordinating program offerings, schedules and attendee lists.
  • Facilitates leadership development programming, virtually and in-person, with a specific focus on individual contributors through manager levels.
  • Partner with Internal Communications and Creative to effectively communicate all culture, engagement and development programs.
  • Capitalize on outstanding interpersonal skills and partners with key leaders across the org to align our business goals with our culture, engagement, and D&I philosophies.
  • Ensure outstanding representation of employer brand by supporting Glassdoor, Linkedin, career page and related content.   
  • Maintain training records and materials using a Learning Management System and other online tools.
Who you are:
  • An unmistakable passion for employee development, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture. 
  • Strong facilitation skills; a certification in facilitation, such as DDI, is preferred. 
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills. 
  • Outstanding partnership and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency using Google product suites.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent sound judgment.
  • Experience with learning management systems, such as Cornerstone on Demand. 
  • Experience with eLearning tools such as Adobe Articulate Storyline, 360, or Captivate.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of related learning and development experience.
  • Light travel to office locations.
